Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who live in [ELIGIBLE STATES]. [ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES] if the promotion is opened beyond the United States. Void where prohibited.
A minor may enter only with a parent or legal guardian’s consent already stored on the athlete’s SportsHero profile. If a minor wins, the parent or legal guardian accepts the prize on the minor’s behalf. Athletes on SportsHero are ages 5–19. An athlete under 18 cannot be included in the drawing until that consent is saved.

Entry period
The giveaway runs in recurring 90-day entry periods, timed in Pacific Time (PT). Pacific Time switches between Pacific Standard Time and Pacific Daylight Time, so these rules say PT rather than PST or PDT. Each period starts at 12:00 AM PT and closes at 11:59 PM PT.
Period 1 opens January 1, 2027 at 12:00 AM PT and closes March 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM PT. That is 90 days, counting the first and last day. Each later period starts at 12:00 AM PT on the day after the previous period closes and lasts 90 days, closing at 11:59 PM PT on the last day. The giveaway page shows the current period and a countdown.
An entry counts only for the period that is open when we receive it. One no-purchase entry per person per period. You have to enter again for each new period. The free email method is available every period.
Early sign-ups received before January 1, 2027 at 12:00 AM PT are entered into Period 1 only, as of that start time, once the email is confirmed. They do not carry into later periods. The same eligibility and consent rules apply, and it is still one entry per person.
We pick one winner per period. The winner is selected within 7 days after the entry period closes. The prize for each period is shown on the giveaway page. Unless that page names a different prize, it is the Soundcore Sport X20 wireless sports earbuds (by Anker).
SportsHero, Technologies, Inc. may end or change future periods. If we do, we will post notice on sportshero.app before the change applies. A period that has already opened keeps the dates and prize posted for that period.
How to enter
There are three ways to enter while a period is open. Limit one no-purchase entry per person per period, whether you use the profile button or the email method. Enter again each period.
Free entry on the profile. An athlete with an account can submit one free entry for the open period from the giveaway section of their profile. If the athlete is under 18, parent consent has to be saved first. Before Period 1 opens, use early sign-up instead of this button.
Printed-card order, when available. When printed packs are offered, a paid order adds entries for the period that is open when payment is confirmed. A canceled or failed payment does not add entries. A purchase before Period 1 opens does not add an entry. Printed trading cards are coming soon.

Free entry by email. You do not need to buy anything. Email contact@sportshero.app or use the form on this page with your email, the athlete’s first name, and last initial. This method is available every period. If we can match one published athlete and the consent rule is met, we add one entry for the open period, the same as the free button on the profile. One email request per person per period. If we cannot match one athlete, email contact@sportshero.app with the team name. Before Period 1 opens, the form is early sign-up: we email a confirmation link, and a confirmed sign-up is entered into Period 1 as of January 1, 2027 at 12:00 AM PT.
Prize
One prize per period. Unless the giveaway page names a different prize for that period, it is the Soundcore Sport X20 wireless sports earbuds (by Anker). Approximate retail value [PRIZE ARV]. If the prize is unavailable, we may substitute a prize of similar function. We do not offer cash instead. SportsHero, Technologies, Inc. is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anker, Soundcore, or any app store or payment platform.
Odds and drawing
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each entry count is one chance. We draw one winning entry at random from the eligible entries. The winner is selected within 7 days after the entry period closes. Entries for an athlete under 18 are not eligible until parent consent is stored. The drawing records the number of chances, the index drawn, and the winner.
Winner notification
We email the winner at the address on the account, or at the email given with an email entry. The winner must reply within [WINNER RESPONSE WINDOW]. We may ask the winner, or the parent or guardian if the winner is a minor, to confirm the email and a shipping address. If the winner does not respond in time, does not pass that check, or is not eligible, we draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries and follow the same steps.
Taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility. We may send a tax form if the law requires it.
Publicity
Where the law allows, we may announce the winner. For a minor, we list a first name and last initial on the public winner list, and we do not use a minor’s name, photo, or likeness in publicity without the parent or guardian’s consent. General conditions
We may cancel, suspend, or change the giveaway if cheating, a technical failure, or a legal problem affects it. We may also end or change future periods, with notice posted on sportshero.app. We may disqualify an entry that is incomplete, over the limit, or made by a bot. The giveaway is run on sportshero.app. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Anker, Soundcore, Apple, Google, Stripe, or any social network.
To the extent the law allows, SportsHero, Technologies, Inc. is not liable for lost entries, email failures, or prize-delivery delays outside our control, or for injuries from use of the prize. Some places do not allow these limits. [LIMITATION OF LIABILITY] if counsel sets a cap.

We use entry information to run the giveaway, notify the winner, and ship the prize. See the Privacy Policy.

These rules are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW]. SportsHero, Technologies, Inc. is a Delaware corporation.
